The World of SUNEN
Tyghara
Distant Lands Divided by the Infinite Sea
Tyghara is a vast world of distant lands separated by the Infinite Sea, each shaped beneath the light of its own sun. Across its horizons live peoples formed beneath different skies, carrying histories and inheritances unique to the worlds that raised them. The distances between these lands are so immense that the light of another sun cannot be seen from their shores. SUNEN: Children of the Sun begins with Solaris — our first passage into the greater world of Tyghara.
Realm I
Solaris Beneath the Emerald Sun
Solaris rises from the endless waters of Tyghara beneath an Emerald Sun, surrounded on every side by the Infinite Sea.
Beyond its shores, dark water stretches so far that no neighboring land can be seen and no foreign sun hangs above the Solarian horizon.
From the coast there is only sea, distance, and green light burning through the warm golden hues of the atmosphere.
For those born beneath it, the Emerald Sun belongs to their land, their history, and the inheritance carried through generations of Solarian blood.
But Solaris would not remain alone.
Beyond the Horizon
The Infinite Sea
Between Solaris and the lands beyond it stretches an expanse of dark water so vast that the light of every distant sun disappears beyond the horizon.
The Voyage Across the Infinite
The Shores of Solaris
Long before Montu was born beneath the roots, survivors began reaching the Solarian coast after impossible voyages across the Infinite Sea.
They had crossed from worlds that could no longer shelter them.
Families came carrying what remained of their people — memories, customs, children, stories, and the fading inheritance of the suns beneath which they had been born.
They came from Olamar, Kush, Tyghan, Mhalamer, and Volero.
Behind them were homelands they could no longer return to.
Ahead of them stood Solaris — foreign, isolated, and alive beneath a sun that was not their own.
Their arrival was not conquest. It was survival.
Book One
The Emerging
SUNEN: Children of the Sun
Generations after the refugees reached Solaris, their descendants inherit a world shaped by memories they no longer fully understand.
Montu belongs to that buried generation — children raised beneath Solaris among traditions, stories, and fragments of a history slowly disappearing into shadow.
As the certainty of the world around him begins to fracture, questions surrounding his family, the Oasis, and the world above become impossible to ignore.
